MYC-Exynos4412 CPU Module
The MYC-Exynos4412 CPU Module is a high-performance core controller
board for Samsung Exynos4412 which is a 32-bit RISC cost-effective, low power,
performance optimized and ARM Coretex-A9 Quad Core based micro-processor solution
for smart phone and tablets applications. The memory controller supports LPDDR2, DDR2 and DDR3 with a maximum
of two 32-bit channels and 400 MHz clock speed, resulting in a bandwidth of up
to 6.4 GB/s. The Exynos4412 CPU chip is produced in Samsung fabs in 32nm HKMG to
help reduce power consumption and integrates an ARM Mali-400 MP4 GPU (15.8
GFLOPS at 440 MHz) to accelerate creation of images.
The MYC-Exynos4412 is ideal
for your next embedded design. It has 2GByte DDR2 SDRAM, 16Gbyte eMMC Flash on
board and uses the dedicated power management chip to optimize the system power
consumption greatly. There are 3 USB Host interfaces extended via USB Hub chip.
And many peripheral interfaces and GPIOs of the Exynos4412 have been brought
out to the routed pins through connectors which will allow your expansion design to take full
features of the high-performance CPU.
