High-performance Intelligent Equipment
MYIR’s SMT factory is equipped with high-performance intelligent equipment to ensure the output and quantity of products. It has class 100,000 dust-free workshop strictly
following 8S management standards. The SMT capacity can reach more than 14 million points per day. The components can use from the tiny 03015 chip-size (0.30mm by 0.15mm) to even bigger size with up to 150mm by 90mm dimensions.

Strict Quality Control Process
The industry-leading integrated manufacturing information management system (MES) is connected with ERP, WMS, EMS and other systems to improve the real-time and
transparency of factory management, as well as the whole process of product traceability and error prevention and control level.
LoRa electrostatic monitoring nodes are installed in equipment and assembly line stations in the production workshop. If static electricity is exceeding the standard,
sound and light alarm will be generated, and the data will be collected and transmitted to the data background in real time through the gateway. The overall static data of the workshop can be dynamically displayed in multi-dimension on the large screen.

Prototype testing: In the prototype development stage, after PCBA processing is completed, a series of software and hardware tests will be carried out in professional laboratories, including critical signal quality test, high-and-low temperature test, software pressure test (performance test).
Testing standard: MYIR can cooperate with customers to meet the requirements of industry certifications such as CE, FCC, 3C, UL, etc.
