Shenzhen, China – September 19, 2024 – MYIR proudly announces the MYC-LD25X, a versatile and powerful System-On-Module (SOM) designed around the ST STM32MP257D processor. This advanced SOM integrates a dual-core ARM Cortex-A35 processor running at up to 1.5GHz and a 400MHz Cortex-M33 core, making it ideal for high-performance industrial applications. The MYC-LD25X also includes an NPU capable of up to 1.35 TOPS and a 3D GPU that supports H.264 video encoding and decoding, providing robust processing power for diverse multimedia tasks.

The MYC-LD25X SOM is designed in a compact 252-pin LGA package, measuring just 37mm x 39mm, and is equipped with essential components such as 1GB or 2GB of LPDDR4 memory, 8GB of eMMC storage, and a 256Kbit EEPROM. It supports a wide array of peripheral and I/O interfaces, including 3x Gigabit Ethernet, 3x CAN FD, 1x USB 2.0 HOST, 1x USB 3.0 OTG, as well as multiple UART, I2C, I3C, SPI interfaces. This extensive connectivity makes the MYC-LD25X an ideal solution for a variety of applications, ranging from industrial HMI and edge computing gateways to new energy charging stations, energy storage systems, and industrial automation.

To accelerate development and deployment, MYIR offers the MYD-LD25X Development Board, a comprehensive platform that unlocks the full potential of the STM32MP257D processor. This board leverages the 252-pin LGA expansion interface of the SOM to explore a wide range of peripherals and interfaces, including 2x USB 2.0 Host, 1x USB 2.0 OTG, 3x Gigabit Ethernet, a Micro SD card slot, and an integrated WiFi/Bluetooth module. It supports LVDS and HDMI display outputs, incorporates a MIPI-CSI interface, and offers an audio interface. Furthermore, the board features a 2*20-pin RPI extension interface, allowing developers to further expand their projects with access to GPIO, I2C, UART, SPI, and CAN resources. MYIR also offers optional add-ons such as the MY-LVDS070C 7-inch LCD Module, MY-CAM003M Camera Module, and MY-WIREDCOM RPI Module, providing further functionality and versatility.
